Patron Pet Peeve: Irrationally complaining about something that is the way it is supposed to be. Like "this short rib is fatty". It’s a short rib of course it is


Weirdest Experience: A table ordering five Mayazaki Prefecture A5 Wagyu New York strips well done. It’s still hurts my heart
